Question Where to hook in for some elec power?

I want to put a neon light above my IC to highlight the SS I painted on it, where is the best and easiest place to get a hot feed to power the light. I am going to put a toggle switch on it so constant power would be best.
Thanks

He's right about the location, but I'd use LED's. Neon tends to introduce alot of noise into the electrical system.

And LED's tend to use less power , another place to consider running them to is the running lights
