I ordered radio controls today we will see if I get The switch cover. The wire harness is the same part # 15234343, Switch 15942446. The only way I could find the switch cover for a 07 was in a 07 collision catalog book listing of steering wheel no part # but it let me put it into the CKout cart. The listing was collision catatlog-2007-chevrolet-HHR Steering wheel,Steering wheel and trim,Switch cover,Passenger side,W/Radio controls.

So whats the word for us 07 peoples? Maybe I missed it but is there a part number for 07 switch cover? I really wanna do this now that someone made it look pretty simple but I dont want 2 different looking pieces on my steering wheel.

 

called P & G chevy about radio control switch cover for 07 HHR part # is 15234337, switch part# & harness is # are in other post. This Part# is for my wife's 07 LS with ebony cloth if you have a light color it might not be the same Part #. This is dark gray met.

 

Ya I have ebony cloth to as well. I might get this part number then. Should be the one.

 

Just ordered the parts for my 06. This will be my first official mod, unless you count the tinted windows. This thread kicks butt!

 

Anybody can help me please, i want to do this mod but here (Mexico) lokks like the parts are overpriced and buy teh 3 items will cost 120.00 dlls +++ , maybe someone can buy the items for me and i can pay via pay pal including shipping of course..
I´m driving a ´07 manual, i can send interior color pic so we can find the correct match color ...

You might also want to post this request in the classified section of the forum too. I'm sure alot of people who might be willing to do this don't go through this thread...but go through the classifieds just to see what's going on. You know the old scenario...enquiring minds want to know.

 

If I recall, if you drill back through this thread another owner from Mexico found a supplier that would ship to Mexico.

 

I don´t want it shipped to Mexico, i have a physical address at Hidalgo Tx ..

 

Then I suggest you will have no problem finding the parts at a reasonable price online and shipping to Texas. So why would you need someone else to buy for you???
