So far I have determined I need GM 25816515 (Harness) GM 25862239 (Raised buttons) and GM 25812392 (charcoal color cover). Is this all correct? Dont want to mess up! Thanks.
Those are the correct numbers.

Radio buttons

Would they be the same for a 2009 LT?

Walter, if your cover is silver (nickle) and your buttons on the left side are raised then these parts will work.

Thanks

It seems that every other year is mentioned. Also, many of the venders are telling me that things won't work.

Walter,
25816515 Harness, 25862239 switch, and 25812392 Cover(charcoal) are correct if you need that color cover. If you need a silver(nickle) cover then you need 25812467 cover instead of 25812392 cover. These numbers are definately correct. I have a 25812392 cover(charcoal) for sale in the classifieds and there is a couple of photos so you can see the color. I'm not trying to sell it to you just trying to clarify the color.

If you have black interior then you need the silver(nickle) cover. If you have the Cashmere interior then you need the grey(charcoal) cover. I can tell you this for sure: 25816515 harness, 25862239 switch, and 25812467 silver(nickle) cover work on a 2009 with black interior. If you have the raised buttons on your cruise control side then 25862239 switch, should work for you, if you have flush buttons this number will not match. As for the harness I know for sure 25816515 works on a 2009 but you need to get verification as to whether it fits a 2006 or not from someone else. This is the best I can do for you informationwise, sorry I could not completely answer your question hopefully someone else will complete the answer for you. I can tell you that I did not have any trouble at all getting correct information from my local Chevy dealer.

Yeah... The only thing I'm questioning is the harness.... The radio buttons I know which ones I need...the flat ones. But the harness is the only thing I need to figure out still...

I have given you all the information I can. Someone that has the flat buttons will have to tell you what harness they used. I can only tell you that 25816515 harness absolutely works on mine with the raised buttons. I have read that if the received harness does not work all that was necessary is to change the location of 1 or 2 wires but I do not have experience with this so I cannot vouch for this. If no one else responds to this with the info you need then I suggest you start at the begining of this thread and read it until you get to where someone has the same year as you HHR and verify what harness part number they used.
