Replacing turn signal/headlight stalk
1. Remove top cover of steering wheel housing. Drop the steering wheel all the and it will wiggle out
2. Remove bottom cover(couple of screws)
3. Remove horseshoe shaped collar
4. Unclip old turn signal stalk top and bottom clips. Disconnect wiring.
5. Push new stalk into place while reconnecting wiring. Reassemble housings
