When I debadged mine, I used a car wash pressure washer to remove them. Not too close to the paint, more aimed at the badges. No rust in any of those locations. Took off the GM chiclets, and the HHR and LT badges.

Others will tell you fishing line, and goo gone, or other ideas. Mine came off easy with no damage.

Also, if you want some REAL fun deadsled, get a Tune from CJ! His contact info his above. Worth the ~$200 you'd spend.

Thanks, CJ! Your sig link about Sean is pretty touching. Does anyone have experience taking some badges off the car? I kind of want to remove the flexfuel emblem.
