Welcome to the Site. As for Purchasing New vs. used, I purchased my Panel Used with 12,000 Miles on it. Saved about $6000.00 vs. buying a New one. I now have 43,000 Miles on it and it runs great. I average about 30 MPG with the New 18" Wheels.
