I don't think some folks see the danger in these types of fines. The poor will get poorer or wind up in jail because they can't afford to pay .I say we REVOLT!!!! The rich will get richer. just you watch! BOYCOTT the dam place.

Do as I say...
I`ve found that most police, officials and officers, have a "Do as I say, not as I do" mentality, that`s why I think anyone sworn to uphold/enforce the law, should be held to a higher standard.
