Can you imagine how mortifying it is to have something come out of your mouth that sounds like Yoda on a bad day, in front of a jury no less?

Would it be sad to say I have those days almost everyday, and anwayys Mike what should i say to the judge to try to get the points removed? (lol)

If you offer to go to traffic school, you may get a reduction in points, and usually you get the insurance surcharge waived.

 

Would it be bad to say that I have never been pulled over so I am completly clueless and the cop told me to just show up and they would drop the points to the judge? lol

Well if you have the time, go to court and have a hearing, if the citing officer doesn't show up for one reason or the other....the ticket will be dismissed. If the officer does show up, you can address the magistrate and explain that its your first offense, you may see the points reduced or removed all together.
