I'd love to wave but haven't as yet. I think I'll start. I pulled up beside an HHR the first week I had Fireball. The lady looked at me and we both grinned widely. That was great!

I use to ride a small motorcycle and we always waved at one another - most wave back, but there will always be a few who don't. I think it is a great idea though...I am going to start - what's the worst that can happen!

I usually wave but to get a wave back is rare. Oh well! I will keep waving.

I was waved at by a lady in a Grey (I think) HHR. I waved back. :) I was in my black HHR. ...which was really cool btw. For about 300 feet back I was almost clobbered by an arrogant in a large pickup truck. So her waving put the smile back on my face. Made my day.

Got my first wave back from another HHR driver today!! She couldn't help but notice Dory while crawling over a speed bump in mall parking lot.

I was pulling into the garage tonight for work and behind me was another HHR same color as mine!! It was sooooo cool to see 2 HHR's going through the garage at the same time. Couldn't wave but I was smiling the whole time!

I passed 8 HHRs on my way home tonight within in like 45 minutes. It seemed like everywhere I looked there was a HHR. I didn't wave at any of them. It's not like they would see me through the tint anyways. None of them waved at me so F 'em........ I think maybe it's an area thing because I see a lot of HHRs and nobody ever waves. I don't see very many waving happy drivers around here. If you see waving it's either someone telling you to roll down your window so you can yell at each other without the glass blocking the yelling, someone waving you the bird, or someone throwing their hands up in some sort of temper tantrum.

They would probably be afraid of the mask too......

Hey captain howdy, Applenut & ksfis43,
It's kinda weird how with where you guys live, Rochester (which I've been to yeeeeeaaaars ago, back in the 70's for The Dead) and PA, that you would get less of a chance of wavings then me, here in the New Haven area of CT, which is always a hustle and bustle type of attitude. In regards to not seeing the wave thru the tinted windows, I usually have the window down, now that the blistering heat has subsided, and wave out the window.
