Is this a good price on blinker fluid?

I think the price is fair. I spent way too much the last time I replaced my Blinker, halogen fluid and muffler bearings. I see I can get a nice discount on those items. Now if I can just figure out how to install them.

Anyone know where the blinker fluid reservoir is located, and how I can check it? It seems low, as my right blinker is just a slight bit slower than my left one.

Remove bulb...drill small hole in side....fill bulb...cover hole with small piece of scotch tape..(clear scotch so it doesnt block light)
And for effect, you can add a drop or two of your favorite food coloring for special lighting effects!

The blinker fluid reservoir is just behind and to the left of the power steering reservoir.
