Also, enlighten me how drivng a car hard (the hhr ss has never been driven hard) would cause electrical problems, sunroof problems and so on.

Again, I am waiting on your wise words lmao.

and nascar, lol? At least mention real racing, not driving around in a circle lol.
yeah i forgot how bad fwd launches once you have a little power after i got used to driving the srt6.

it makes it fun though, look at it as a challenge to keep it under control.

I believe this is your post. Or did someone else hack your I.D.

Silly boy, where does that state I was racing the HHR? I was talking about someone else racing their HHR (see the post I quoted in that one?). I would have thought the statement "I forgot how bad fwd launches...." and then mentioned because I race my srt6 which is rwd btw made it quite obvious. You win teh prize!

I do however plan to take it to the track sometime just to see how slow it is if the d@mn thing will make it that far without breaking down

Again, glad you think your car is of good quality and you have no problems with yours. You are lucky.

Also, you failed to answer my questions in my earlier post.

You make no sense. Your question was answered. Pay attention, maybe you don't see things for what they are, some imagination by the way.

No assumptions. Quotes from your posts in this thread:
"LMAO you can post that drivel all you want"
"Wow, I can use the smileys too!"
"Impressive job Good for you"
"Also, please note the random smileys inserted into the post. I hope you enjoyed them."
"did you find a magic moon rock that gave you this power or did a fairy come and visit you one night and wave his magic wand in your face while you were in bed sleeping lol?"
"Again, I laugh my @ss off at the ignorance; I am waiting................."

Sorry, but every single one of those is at the very least bordering on inflammatory, and all of them were clearly written to provoke a caustic response. No amount of smileys can hide this crap after so many posts. You're angry, I understand that. I'm not real happy about some of the issues I've had with my Trailblazer. But I don't flame people on the Internet that have nothing to do with those problems. I don't "have an attitude" toward your opinion, I just see things from a different viewpoint, and chose to share it.

Where did I challenge your list of issues? I have only pointed out that all manufacturers have cars with problems. And yes, I agree to disagree. You may take my post anyway you like. But if you flame me for them, then I have no use for your comments.

Too bad you were proven wrong on all accounts.

Lol, I guess you now see that you were wrong. Again, no where have I posted or stated that I have raced the hhr. Even if I had, that has no effect on items such as the sunroof or fuse box going bad. Have a great day!

Wow you really are all bent out of shape over this

I fail to see how that post could have caused anything more than a chuckle as it was intended to do unless you are very sensitive to things you read on the internet.

Regardless, again have a nice day. I know I will.

There seems to be a disconnect here, and that disconnect is the article at the beginning of this thread is about the improvement of the initial quality of GM vehicles in 2009 over 2008 models. 06AmethystHHR, you say you will not be buying GM until you see improvements, yet the article is all about the improvements GM has made this year over the last few years, and they have closed to gap with Toyota and Honda. It remains to been seen if the improvements will continue into next year, but given the new emphasis on quality by GM I would suspect it will. This should be good news and give hope that things are turning around. I'm very sorry to hear you are having trouble with your HHR, but not every car is perfect. Don't throw out the whole basket because of one bad egg. Of course you have the right to your opinion and if you never buy another Chevy, that is your choice. I just wanted to point out the purpose of this thread was to show the improvements in initial quality in 2009.

you must think that everyone is submissive to those posts of yours. Obviously, stating that you have found it challenging to keep it under control. That in itself tells others what kind of driver you are. Is it that difficult for you not to admit it? Honest is the best policy. Some can't help but be habitual _ _ _ _ _.

Very Good! And they have to the point that the CEO of Toyota is quoted that he is concerned of losing a percentage of it's sales back to GM.

Oh like I said earlier, if the quality SIGNIFICANTLY improves then yes I would consider one in the future. As it stands now, no I would not. I know it is always good to buy American if you are from this country but not at the sacrifice of quality. I have better things to do than spend my time at the dealership getting a new car repaired every week.

Hopefully though GM, Chrysler and Ford will make significant changes to make them more compeditive in the market and to gain the trust of the consumer again so they will be successful. I would love to see that, hopefully a few years down the road the imports will be worried about the domestic cars here.
