Congratulations! Have you joined linkedin.com? I found its a good way to maintain contacts and keep in touch with former colleagues. It may come in handy sometime.

Yes I did, Doc...

Very true and highly recommended for anyone else to join and network.

Luckily, all 200 of us set up a Yahoo email group and we all stay in touch there as well.

Only a dozen fellow employees I worked with have found a job yet...

Our St. Louis regional office officially closed it's doors May 11, 2009...

Now, after 3 long summer months of daily searching for a job and scraping by on unemployment and COBRA...

I have FINALLY found a job!!! And a new career!!!

No longer in the insurance business but taking some advise from others and decided to go into the medical pharmaceutical market... Good job security...

I start work on Monday August 17th, 2009 as a Pharmaceutical Specialist... then 8 weeks of training before my new career begins.

Thank God!
