Thanks everyone. Im making the best out of it,Thats all I can do :) I am selling my Motorcycle this year as it sat all last year,gives me a excuse to buy a new one in a year or 2 ;0 it is amazing what they can do with a surgery today! I was walking the same day, And I drove a short distance..But soon I be dong some more mods to my HHR :)
All in all be carefull with your backs, lifting, turning etc, it doesn't take much to mess it up. THINK twice!

SO far healing is going OK :) My lower back is Black and Blue but the pain is a lot better :) At least I can move now without a lot of pain, My staples get removed on the 4th, I ll ash and see if I can get a zipper put in and use my back as a storage pouch lol............ Thanks everyone for letting me vent

Great to hear that you're on the mend, but you might want to rethink the um....fanny pack idea.
