That appears to be a 1949 (or thereabouts) Fiat Topolino C......

 

It's a clown car.....

 

its got the rounded fenders and the steelies with baby moons........................is it an early HHR 2 door suicide prototype ??

Well, it could be Chinese, or maybe from India, or maybe eastern European, or possible Spanish (but I doubt it). All I know is - it ain't from here, and I'm glad.

 

Uh oh, all those regions and none close to the land that created this odd vehicle, care to take another crack...or should I just end the misery now?
