Its the Local Motors Rally Fighter, an interesting concept featuring a high performance off road car built in regional "micro-factories" with owner assistance in final assembly.

Its a bit on the "Fugly" side, but I'm sure the 6.2L 430bhp V-8 makes up for the odd looks when you hit the loud pedal.

That would be the Fiat Multipla, an early 2000 version. Vast improvement in looks over its predecessor, the 600 Multipla.
