"Name that car game"

You are right on.. I never even heard of a Rosevelt. There was a huge show here a couple of years ago and lots of old cars made the trip.
In an earlier post in this thread (last years) there was this one posted as a drawinhg.

A Scout Scarab.. an early "mini van" which had a Ford drive train.
Old Lar.....
Can you reveal why the fire extinguisher, lengths of cable and maybe a pass, of some sort are uniquely laying about? Was the owner getting ready to "set-up" a display? Also, do I see correctly.....2 spare tires (yeah, I know. I read, "The Grapes of Wrath").

Not that easy, I guess.
I think the fire extinguishers are required to show off the cars (fire hazard) I know when I went to a POCI show, they wanted to see a fire extinguisher by the car. I'm not sure about the cables laying on the ground.
Last one before I call it a night
