You are right on.. I never even heard of a Rosevelt. There was a huge show here a couple of years ago and lots of old cars made the trip.

Can you reveal why the fire extinguisher, lengths of cable and maybe a pass, of some sort are uniquely laying about? Was the owner getting ready to "set-up" a display? Also, do I see correctly.....2 spare tires (yeah, I know. I read, "The Grapes of Wrath").

Not that easy, I guess.

I think the fire extinguishers are required to show off the cars (fire hazard) I know when I went to a POCI show, they wanted to see a fire extinguisher by the car. I'm not sure about the cables laying on the ground.

Hmmm, A Daniels D-19 Submarine Roadster, I'd only ever seen ads for them....never knew any still existed. Sure does look like a Kissel though, but its a cool old car for sure.
