New Production Orlando is shown.
Orlando is the name of a city in the great state of Florida...and that's just the way it should stay. My HHR, and I'm sure all of your HHR's are far better looking than this.......thing. Just my 2 cents worth.
Dont care for 99% of the SUV line...over priced..under built,,way outside the milage window..and uuuuggggggggggggggly! I'll stick with pickups and hot rods. Hard to justify a $30k vehicle that may not be used as intended and despite all the "bells and whistles" still doesnt get decent milage. My 22 year old heavy PU gets the same mpg...go figger.
And why did the 1/2t pu considered lightweight suddenly climb to an 8k# vehicle?Negated any engine improvements....wake up Detroit!

Things like 5 star crash ratings and the want of most people to have their trucks loaded up with all the options and 4 doors are what added weight.
Now at Ford the Ecoboost V6 Turbo is almost half the sales in the 1/2 ton market. I hope GM has one ready for the new trucks do soon.
GM also has $3000 Rebates on most large SUV as gas prices have negitively effected sales. But people go right back to them once the price drops on gas.
Many people have gone to the Terrain and Nox as sales have been of the charts. Good gas mileage and decent hauling.

Whether it gets here as a Buick would depend on the possible sale of Opel to the Volkswagen Audi Group, reportedly there are talks going on to that effect. It seems as if GM doesn't believe in the long term viability of the Opel division and may be rethinking the decision not to kill it off like Pontiac/Saturn/Hummer in 2009.
P.S. that is the Vauxhall version pictured, the long term viability of that division is also in question.

Also they will strip Opel of much of what they have. In fact much of their design and engineering has already been intergrated into GM as a whole.
If sold much of what they will give away are production facilities and labor issues.
Chevy is already taking Opels place in Europe and Buick could also fill the void of Opel.
GM owns this car and if it comes here it could be built in Lordstown or other American plant. They would not import it and if they did it would be short term like the Regal that is now coming from Canada.
The labor issues are what are really hurting Opel and the threat of a sale may help spur them into making some agreements with GM. If sold the unions over there will have to work new deals and may not even get what GM has wanted to offer.
Well take the Orlando and give it back to Mazda!!!!!! KEEP THE RETRO LOOK OF THE HHR !
If GM would concentrate on Improving the HHR Line (brakes, electrical, radio, etc) They would
have a marvelous vehicle to sell to the public. That is why you see so many of them(HHR'S) on used car lots. I have taken care of these problems on mine without GM and I'm proud to
say my mileage is wonderful. Mine is a rare 2008 2.2 Liter Half Panel HHR. I have only seen three like mine in the Houston,Tx area. Most HHR's have the back set of windows.
Mine does not have the back windows!
