Just hang on a tic Doctuh, Avis Rental Car Systems is going to release a batch of Captiva's for auction next month. They should be on dealer's lots shortly thereafter.

 

There are about 175 from the 2012 model year listed on autotrader.com right now. Oddly, there are both new and used ones. This weird because I thought they were supposed to be available new only to fleet buyers. The least expensive is $18,990 in Richardson, TX (Dallas area). Unfortunately, it seems the vehicle is only made with an automatic transmission.

 

Yup, auto trans only, the days of getting a rental with a stick shift ended many moons ago.
