Exclamation GM does not have a "Drive Up" complaint department.....

A mentally disturbed man crashed his Monte Carlo into GM headquarters yesterday afternoon, at the moment he is in police custody, and there were no injuries except the the lobby of the Renaissance Center.

Please remember folks, GM does not have a "Drive Up" complaint department.

I liked this, "Detroit police Sgt. Eren Stephens said the man was uninjured and is being evaluated. Police say he may be mentally challenged, she said." No. D'ya think?

At least he wasn't a face-eater...

In a follow up story they said he'd apparently bumped the building and he thought he'd go to jail for that, so he decided to really give them a reason for locking him up.

Sometimes you have to wonder about what goes through people's minds...ugh!

You mean isn't GM like that tire place with the commercial of a bad tire being returned through the front window glass?

I think they'd rather you just call Customer Service, or PM Michelle from Chevy here on the site.

I'd agree. Michelle has been pretty pro-active thus far, This place has it all. No complaints from my part of the globe.

He'd a made it through that glass if that car had an SS on the side.

If he really wanted to get back at them he should have bought a Honda
