O6's 52 chevy pickup buildup pics
My next project is going to be a Biodiesel-fueled El Camino, kinda like Daryl Hannah's, but with a Choo-Choo SS conversion and a 6.2 liter diesel instead of the 350 Olds. Oh, and metallic silver paint, Navi, 20 inch rims, and limo tint
06!! Sorry, we must have cross-posted or I'm a lame-o. I never saw your photos!!!
I just was looking backwards and there they were. How the heck did you get the nerve to cut huge holes in your truck and weld window frames in from ANOTHER ONE. And how will you EVER smooth that out? I can't even comprehend the kind of know-how it takes to work on a frame and know you are not weakening it too much? I assume you can still get those windows, but won't they cost a fortune?
Wish I could comment on the engine. Maybe some day I'll know enough to make an educated stab at it - I am clueless and like them all chromed up.
Tell me again what you did to the door - did you take out a bad place in the metal? Can you take a class that teaches people how to do this stuff? Or is it just an osmosis thing?

Last I checked (admittedly a number of years ago), Choo-Choo would not sell the parts unless you already owned one of those vehicles. They checked the VIN to confirm.
I decided to go a different route and used a complete mod designed and made in California. Very similar, but can't think of the name right now.
And your last comments sounded like 06's...it was intentional, right.
The door we fixed all the metal in it, we have decided to paint the truck a cool green color.. The engine is going to have chrome valve covers. I am going to bondo the rear windows and make them all smooth, those pic you see they are not welding in yet. Doing that this sat.
