Valuable learning experience here. It is a tough world. Skin has to be hardened and knuckles have to bleed a little. I like hearing the younger ideas. Why I even listen to HIP HOP music and I'm a grandfather. Get tough, PLAY BY THE RULES, respect those around you, and join in on the fun. This is a great group of smart people.

teech "COPPA" laws only apply to children under 13. He'll have outgrown that by 2 years tomorrow.

If he misrepresented himself, it is fraud. Legally he can be denied a "refund".

Paypal Agreement. Subscriptions to Premium Mebership are trough Paypal. By using Paypal, you have agreed to the Paypal Legal Agreement for service, which states, among many things, that "to be eligible for our Services, you must be at least 18 years old..."

That is the problem he was 14 when he did this.
