I'm very happy for no injuries. The ranger broke the blinker/headlight assembly which exposed the sharp edges of the fender, hence the can opener effect. The "dangerous" 16 year old felt pretty bad, but after the 30 minute wait for the police, we were getting along pretty well. He is a good kid.
