I can tell a difference, Mongo has the Chrome 612's

 

The Black Panels sure Do look SWEET don't they!

 

He's got the rear spoiler too.

The nice thing about my Boyd wheels is-

The chrome Won't be Peeling off, ever.
(Major reason those 612's were Discontinued.)
Sweet lookin rims but Peeling chrome is Nasty.

I can Replace 1 if needed.

IF the ol lady ever rubs a curb, I can pitch a fit, then grab my wet sand papers and buffer and sand and polish it out. Good as New.

Yeah, I got my 612's from GDZHHR because they were peeling.

I'm currently running the stockers again while I go through the process of prepping the 612's for powdercoating. I think I'm going to go with a black chrome like this:

 

I remember when you got 'em.. & I think the black chrome would look killer !!!
