I personally dont like pit bulls as a breed, but I truely belive they can make very good pets if they are raised in the correct manor. I'll stick with Golden Retrievers myself.....

I thought I read somewhere that the dog breed with the highest incident of biting people was the Poodle,seriously. LETS BAN THOSE LITTLE GOOFY HAIRCUT MONSTERS BEFORE THEY KILL US ALL!

 

I used to live in a foster home that had two of them.. Those were some mean friggin' critters! I hated them...

 

My sister runs a clipping business for Poodles and Schnauzers and she was the one who clued me onto how many times people have been bit by Poodles. She has Rotts for personal dogs. Sweet dogs, my kids when the were little, used to love the dogs giving them rides like a pony.

Dogs and people will only return the love that they are given.

 

I'm just wondering how many breeds would have to banned to actually ban pit bulls?? Especially since depending on what site you're on, it can be up to six different breeds of terriors.

 

That is awesome! Here is a cat returning the favor. I love rottweilers. They are one of the most beautiful, noble, and loyal breeds. I would love to get a rott but I want to wait until my youngest daughter is old enough to properly respect the dog. I might get a boxer or pitbull in the meantime because I feel safer with them around younger children. I would love a bullmastiff if they weren't so damn drooly.

Some of the shots are graphic and some of the music sucks but they do a good job getting the main point across about the pitbull. I have to admit to a tear or two coming to my eyes while watching the heroic actions of some of the pits shown and at the though of the losing such an incredible breed of dogs due to ignorance. How could anyone want to ban or destroy such a beautiful animal?

 

Don't blame the breed for bad owners that do not do proper training.
