Yeah, i just signed with them in January of this year. When I signed up I was supposed to get a hundred dollar rebate by mail in addition to the instant in store rebates. I thought it was kind of weird that I still hadn't received it even though it should have only taken 6-8 weeks. They still owe me the money but now I have to file some form through the court in order to claim it. In the text they sent me the told me to check this link for all the info.

I've been through a lot of crap with cell providers in the past but this is the first bankruptcy.

 

CH, I agree most have problems, and usually they are bought out before they go completely under. I wouldn't bet with them going into bankruptcy you will ever see your $100.00 the check is in the MAIL!!!! I have Sprint and get great service as long as I don't need anything from customer service.

 

New text. More than likely my service will end 7/31/07. Maybe I should switch to Verizon.

 

try sprint, so far the best i have had... me and the wife, under 75 bucks a month. works pretty much everywhere. and they get you your rebates sooner or later...lol

 

with Verizon, I always got my rebates in a timely manner.

 

I can say either would be a good choise but neither have great customer service, but with Verizon at least for now I have an inside track.

 

Sprint ruined NEXTEL. Horrible customer service! I had sprint several years ago and switch to Nextel because Sprint was so bad. Then they bought a ruined nextel. Just switched to Alltel because of the flexibility to change packages. My wife started using her phone more for her business and Sprint wouldn't change packages for us. We were ending up with $5-600 bills. I figure it'll cost me a grand to get away from them with the early termination fees and last $600 bill but thats better than $600 every month! I HATE SPRINT!!!!
