I see the part # the parts sites require your VIN # to ensure it is the correct part for your HHR which I'm sure it is!

Well mkstef, the news on that part is pretty grim. My local dealer in the Charlotte area has a "Spec Case" open with GM and they've been waiting on that piece for five weeks. There are none available in the Southeast, and according to GM, there are none east of the Mississippi.
I'll keep looking as I'm sure there has to be one somewhere, I hope.

Had to start calling dealers in Canada, but there is a dealer with the part on the shelf up in Nova Scotia.

As far as the # of models..In this case they were all HHR only each different year. Had Parts professional do search on other models using that part number. My daughter had a 2006 Cobalt and I was concerned it maybe the same part...so I asked.
