Ok this all seem good but what about the cross member just behind the (automatic) transmission i tried it a little and you could lift both wheels at once what i want to know is the cross member strong enough to do that then one could put the jack stands under it and yes i work safely have been for many many years just want to throw in my 2 cents worth on the option of jacking with floor jack on the cross member and i do not trust jack stands by them selves by the way i always use other support like the jack also as a backup .

That's the cradle. I wouldn't do it. I use the official points and put my stands under the flat spots on the frame horns.
