AKA LNF. As the title of the thread. And the original question for the thread was a part number for the 2.0 LNF spark plugs. Now it's morphed into torque spec for a 2.4.

just go to a site like NGK.com and look up your year make and model engine size it will give you all the numbers you need including cross ref numbers I use double iridium plugs in my HHR trust me don't cheap out on the plugs worst thing you can do to your engine performance and fuel economy

You should use ONLY the AC Delco 41-108 iridiums. Others fail in less than 100,000 miles.
It is pretty easy to just open your Owner Manual and look for part numbers. No interwebs required. No excuse for not having one there is a link in my sig and one is required to be supplied in a used salel it is "factory installed safety equipment".

Not to mention that the NGK substitute usually costs more and there's no reason to think there's anything better about it.
