Tires don’t rattle but a bad one can unmask a loose part. And a loose part can unmask a bad tire. So, good chance you have both.

And should have ended with the answer in #38. The only reason it got revived is a spam attack.
Maybe we should go reddit and just have one long unkinked thread.
