Oil leak (I think) on driver side.

There are two pipes/hoses on the driver side in the back seat area and they look to be joined by something and then similar hoses run off of that and up toward the front. That little black thing joining them together looks like the origin of the leak. The car hadn’t been ran in a few months under a year and we had to jump it first. We left it running for about 15-20 minutes and we were pumping up the tire to go around the block and I saw a big puddle and touched it and it was black. Any ideas on what this could be?

The only thing that carries a fluid from is the front to rear inside the cabin is the window washer and that is in the headliner.
Or, if you mean under the car that is a fuel line and vapor line. A rust through would not be unusual in Ohio.

Thicker pipes are fuel and vapour lines , from fuel tank to engine
thinner liners are brake lines.

it’s hard to tell which it’s coming from but it’s leaking at one of those black bridges the go across them. There’s two drips too if that helps..

Does it smell like gasoline? Is the brake fluid reservoir low?
Odor of gasoline is pretty strong, hard to miss.

The brake lines are coated black, so it’s probably the fuel lines , not a hard job to change them.

To somebody that can't tell the difference between gas and oil?
I suspect labor is going to run a couple of hours and a shop is not going to buy the cheapest from Amazon.
You might find someone willing to just put a repair section in.

Bet you will not have brakes before long. The fuel would squirt out under pressure so I think we are looking at brake fluid.

Or the condensation that runs down the heat insulating material and drips on the ground, that is usually black, the vent line rots out first
