Depends. Is it cheaper to replace it than to rebuild it? It's your choice.

It's the least of your worries considering the other damage.

It needs to be cut out then welded back in. If the strut tower is out of spec, you will need at least a frame pull. Problem is; the entire side of the car is 1 piece.

The entire front seems to be pushed to the right. Major structural bending seems to have occurred. Going to cost a pretty penny to get it right, if it's even possible.
I would deem it to be totaled.
