Hard Work?
You need to learn to work smarter not harder. LOL! I can do two cars to show condition, eat a steak admire in the light and still make it in side for a decent nights sleep in bed.
I too like the evening light for shine. Good photo time with the sun low in the sky.

Tis the season to shine them up, heading over to detail central today to stock up my supply. They make some wonderful stuff to reduce the amount of labor required for that world class shine !!

Good advice! Actually, I take it slower than necessary due to degenerative back problems that started as a teenager. Knock on wood, I have gotten thru each round of paint maintenance w/out freezing painfully in position. Fortunately, it doesn't really take me too long.
You just learn tricks and products that make things go much easier. Also I find it easier to maintain a finish vs. repairing one.
