Actually Mike, I thought of just the opposite... Red replacing white and black replacing turquoise. I will make a photoshop version eventually :)

I think that car is sweet as well... But with all due respect CA Blue HHR, I never was a fan of the trip color paint scheme. Can you believe that me, of all people, thinks it makes the cars too busy... LOL

When the world was a bit younger my dad had a Pontiac that looked a little like this

Back then it looked a lot better than the one in this picture.

It was painted in a two tone with a reddish brown that pretty much everyone called root beer and a creamy white.

I spent countless days cleaning and waxing the car for spending money.

 

We need an update before you go into your winter hibernation. Something, anything!!

 

Uh oh, Ben, group withdrawal symptoms are starting, not good.

I am flattered by the interest in my little project and apologize for not having any updates lately. I am still working full-time and going to school for my Master's degree. I will try to post an update this week before the lynching commences! :)
