Because I have dogs in my hhr from time to time, I am wanting to line the plastic panels in the back to keep them from getting scratched. I found a nice rubber/foam mat at Menards that I can cut to fit. But I don't want to use an adhesive that will damage the original plastic. Has anyone used any double stick moulding tape or sticky back velcro that doesn't damage the plastic? Bonus if it's safe for the headliner too!
