Seat replacement/ mirror alternatives

I am looking into retrofitting different front seats into my 2LT. I'm 6'0", and my sight line is level with the top of the windshield. Currently have power seats, bottomed out setting, and between the big fat interior rear-view mirror, and small windshield aperture, It is a downright dangerous proposition.

Has anyone done either of these types of retrofit? Share if you have!

Yes, give the search tool a shot. Already shared.

6'0" is not that tall

Do a Search for seat mods, replacement or similar. There are several of us that have done seat mods or swaps in the past. There were also several write-ups, so those threads should be in the archives.

Me. I just made a lower drivers seat mount bar. Pics are in my gallery.

As far as the mirror. Make sure it is tilted all the way up and close to the windshield. Most people don't realize that the mirror arm has 2 separate pivot points.

I feel like I should be a member of the Ozark A** Smackers when I try and get an intelligible response on this forum. Is this just a hillbilly community?

Nice comment there studge77.
I guess telling you where to find some links or pictures or giving some mirror info is not the "intelligible" response you're looking for ?
Don't bother to ask for any details about my seat lowering. This Alabama hillbilly wouldn't give them to you now.

OK stidge, you make an offensive comment and use inappropriate language in response to a couple of helpful replies.

Who's being the jerk here?

Wait, have a look in your mirror mate, and lose the 'Tude.
