Transmission on a 2006 2.2 ecotec
Ok, now we're getting somewhere, I was starting to think that you were trolling us.
So the torque converter is disconnected from the flexplate. You probably need to replace both the flexplate and the torque converter. The bolts being loose probably destroyed the threads on the torque converter. The bolts rattling around between the flexplate and the engine block probably damaged the flexplate. The welding on the flexplate wasn't good for it, either.
You've already pulled the engine once, so you obviously know how to separate the engine from the transmission. I don't think the transmission can be removed without also removing the engine.
So remove the engine again, like you did before, out the top. Or drop the engine and transmission out the bottom on the cradle, your choice.
I used fastsuv's how-to as a guide. https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/how-...ut-lift-57722/
And here's my engine replacement thread. https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/prob...-engine-62561/

It's out
Two out of 3 bolts covered in aluminum
Not that I know of. But the torque converter is welded to the flexplate/flywheel. If I ever see my so called "buddy" he's gonna have an ear full. The closest torque converter is in VA 948 miles away from me other wise I have to pay 179.00 to 200.00 for a new one and I don't have much money, even for the flexplate/flywheel.

So, the nearest junkyard is 948 miles away? Minnesota isn't anywhere near the Galapagos islands.
While you have it out you might consider replacing the timing chain and guides. Check it by removing the valve cover, if there is ANY slack between the sprockets it is bad.

So I checked the junk yards around here and my place or whatever. There is no torque converter or flex plate available to ship to me. The only place is U-Pull-It and I really don't want to pull another one of them f****** out
