I am still going to do limo, thats the frist time I have heard of a sticker on the drivers side window..

 

I was looking at the glass on my 07 and each factory tinted window has 20% right there along with all of the other info about the glass.

I am going to tint the fronts 20% to match. Kansas law says 35% max on the fronts but I don't really care. I was told just roll both windows down all the way if an officer pulls you over.

I tried it, tinted mine same as you're planning. officer had me roll the window up to slip the meter over.

Short story: tint still on, $100 fine! The PITA part was that it was an appearance ticket, I had to show up in court. I couldn't just pay the fine. Looks to good to take off the tint. Meter said my fronts were 14%

 

I think the fronts do have a slight tint on them so if you put 20% on I can understand the reading being lower. I still think its a stupid law. Yeah so you can see me. What about the 2 guys in the back holding the shotguns

 

I just checked the previously mentioned site regarding state tint laws and I guess the factory tint on the back windows is illegal too. can't have more than 35% on those either. I guess it is a good thing officers around here don't check

Tinting front windows in Delaware is illegal, period. No matter the percentage. Most states will allow tint as long as you can read your driver's license thru it.

 

I ride with my windows down most of the time anyway.

 

Well, now I've heard so many "definite" opinions that I am completely confused and wouldn't touch tinting mine until I really researched the California laws...but I am blonde and very fair-skinned and wow, I could milk that one!!!
