Sure it does, check out Urban Dictionary for proof of the meaning. The HHRs got retro styling but it is still a modern vehicle none the less. I'm not going to trash my vehicle by adding gaudy 50's stuff in an attempt to make the vehicle even more retro or something it's not. I'm more the type to do things with a modern flair. Like tint the windows, upgrade the stereo, larger rims, body kit, and add carbon fiber accents for example. I would do the same to actual 50's, 60's, or 70's vehicle. There is a reason trends die off.
