Ha ha...yeah!!! My only downside with that is I kinda would like a camera with an auto focus motor built in, not in the lens... (then that might fix my lens issue), but I'd have to get the D90 for that.

I somehow managed to start a collection in the past year. I have a Nikon N80/F80, a Nikon D90, Sony Cybershot point & shoot (not sure of model #), Sony HDR-SR10, and two Go Pro Hero HD Cameras.

If I had to recommend a camera to anyone...the Nikon D90 is absolutely awesome. I use it so much these days to the point my friends get mad because I am always trying to get a great shot anytime we go somewhere.

OP's are the best to use bar none. For obvious reasons they are the cheapest by far and there is no learning curve as they usually come with a built in instuctor that is more then able and willing to make sure you don't screw anything up, much least the camera.

I actually have since got a new camera, it's a Nikon D5000. My mom bought my D40x from me, and I bought the D5000, so it only cost me a few hundred bucks. Now I'm saving up for a D3X!

I would rather have the D300 over the D3. Still works with the SB-800s, and I like the added range on my lenses.
