I have changed the throttle body, the starter, and the battery. BEFORE it stopped running/cranking I also had the codes read & the BOTH 02 sensors needed to be changed as well. I'm in the process of changing said 02 sensors, HOWEVER, IT IS KICKING MY TAIL!!! Is it possible for you guys to PLEASE help me out and throw some ideas, thoughts my way. I am mechanically inclined and have the ability to ATTEMPT to do the work myself, it doesn't bother me. But frustrates the SKIN off my teeth at times!!

Now , first off , what codes are showing up?
you listed some things you changed, why were they changed ? Based on what information?

Let’s start there , we need some more information .

 

I agree with Oldblue.
What were the codes? Codes only please not what something said was bad.
Why were these components changed?
Was everything plugged back in and wired correctly?
Since the engine ran BEFORE the work was done you now have some info as to why it isn't running now.
As for the possibility of helping, that's what we do here.
