But don't get "compatible with" or "like" or "substituted for". But a bad one will result in COOLER than normal temps. Warmer temps are a result of a blockage somewhere or low coolant level or worn out coolant.
I suspect the code you experienced before was P0128 "temperature too cool".
216F in warm weather stopped in traffic is not alarming.
