Welcome to the site, click? Like an electrical click? Tighten the under hood fuse box bolts , past the clicks until they are tight. Push all the fuses and relays into position firmly. Check your work, inspect all wire connections and ground wires make sure none were missed during reassembly.
check for fuel pressure, 55 to 60 psi and it should hold pressure awhile after you turn off the ignition switch.
just to confirm, which engine 2.2 or 2.4? Is it an automatic or manual transmission?

It's a 2.2....it was running for 10 mis...then just shut off. The starter just clicked...took starter to be checked and its in good working order, lit back on the car....click click...looked at crank as being started....moved 1/8" at a time.. then nothing

Checked the battery and connections?
What does "acting as tho she's locked up" mean to you?
Tried turning the belt by hand?
Contacted whoever installed it? Contacted whoever sold it?
Clicking from where? The solenoid, the starter motor, the relay.
Voltage at the starter, the fuse box, the alternator and the battery should be 12.5 or more.
The most frequent problem after a motor swap is the fuse box is not tightened down enough. People are afraid the bolts will strip. Second is the wires on the fuse box get put on wrong; there should be 2 on the front terminal (from battery/to starter) a only 1 (to power steering) closest to the firewall.
Did the starter get reinstalled squarely?
Can you measure the amp draw of the starter? What does "in good working order" mean to you? Was it tested on a machine by a professional or just bench tested with voltage?

You can't turn the crank without plugs? If so, you will need to tear that engine down.
