2009 hhr hatch lock wont stay locked

Lucky
The owners manual shows both of the #11 slots as being empty. Neither of the fuse boxes on my car has a fuse in that #11 slot.

I seen that I'm just unclear if he is working with the inside box or the under hood box. But you are correct both #11 slots should be empty.
