thank you all, issue has been resolved.
it was a bad hub sensor. It was a real pain to remove the hub cover, had to hammer it out and then even bigger pain to get to the bottom 2 bolts. The access to the two bolts was blocked by the shock spring/coil and it was right in front. Had to jack the spring up to pass the 3/8 extension thru.
Damn really bad design imo, wish it was a replacable sensor like the rest of the cars.
Anyway, happy to see the job thru and save quite some money in the process and that is all thanks to you all.
