My 2011 HHR LS has 113,500 miles and is making a rumbly sound from the dashboard area when accelerating. The noise is only when the car shifts in first and second gear. Once it's in 3rd gear the noise stops. Anyone have a similar issue or know a solution?

could be a number of things, from the air cleaner box mount , ice in the wiper area, broken flex joint on the exhaust, heat shield I'm sure others will chime in!
