4 bolts in the fuse box!!!!!!!

 

re-tightened all the bolts in fuse box, all wires are tight
voltage 12.1 off / 14.3 running in battery
took out this morning for a test drive after tightening bolts no change
hard shift into 2nd gear engine light finally came on
still no speedo or outside temp listed

 

Bad battery. Should have 12.6-12.8 volts.

Light came on ? CEL ? Then you need to pull the codes.

So. You have a bad battery. Chewed up wires. And some unknown code that you didn’t post the # for. Sorry can’t help you without the actual code number. Descriptions are useless and sometimes out and out wrong.

 

Battery is 8 years old still works
chewed wires did all the funky stuff no shift or speedo, temp etc.
