#4 misfire
My 2008 HHR 2.2 has a misfire in #4 only - according to the scanner. I tried switching the plugs and the coil pack but the miss stays at cylinder 4. Is it true that there is no separate
ignition module on this engine? thanks

P0304 code check causes and possible solutions. It might be a dirty injector or loose wires

Are you experiencing a strange odor of steaming coolant, a loss of coolant, a lot of condensation out the tail pipe or muddy looking oil?
Do a compression and leak down test looking for a bad head gasket or burned valve.
Your 2008 2.2L has individual coil on plug modules controlled by the ECM.
