ABS Light - C0045 code
Hi all,
I've been receiving the ABS and T/C light on my dash each time I start my HHR and it has been staying for the duration of the drive.
I've pulled off the code C0045 - Left Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit Fail.
Is this due to a bad hub? Or is there a sensor that can be replaced, or is this a different issue altogether?
I've searched but all I could find was just the description of the code.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

It sounds like the ABS sensor has failed, its part of the hub assembly so you'll need to change the hub out. You can check the connector going to the hub for corrosion and/or looseness but in the majority of cases its the sensor itself that has failed. Rear hubs for ABS equipped HHR's can be found for between $130-160 US, they'll be a bit higher in Canada I imagine.
