Adjusting drum brakes

By looking at the drum brake setup on our cars, it seems the ebrake actuated the adjusting arm, no?

Self adjusters work only when you back up and apply brakes.

they out law it here too but i didn't not last long. how ever the repercussions..............

Yes it does. back up and pull the P-break handle. do this 5-6 times and if the adjusters are not frozen they will adjust ok but you should really use the adjusters
