With all of those we know it is electrical supply. Look at that bit of wire loom that sits tight up against the EVAP purge valve bracket; sometimes it gets frayed and shorts.

 

Don, I looked at the wiring best I could and did not see anything obvious. So.....based on ease of access and job, I replaced the throttle body assembly for the heck of it. Been driving a few days now and all monitors complete and green and no codes. Maybe just lucky, I don't know. So far so good.
